Nº12 By Paco & Lola is made from the free-run juice of 100% Albariño grapes from vineyards grown in sandy-loam, granitic and slightly acidic soils, characteristic of the DO Rías Baixas.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC for 12 days, stopped by cold control to preserve all its aromatic expression and natural freshness.
The result is an Atlantic white, vibrant and expressive, that faithfully reflects the varietal character of Albariño and the typicality of its origin.

Tasting notes
- View:Straw yellow with a slight greenish tint, clean and bright.
- Nose:Medium-high intensity, with a predominance of citrus fruits (lemon and mandarin peel), white flowers such as acacia and orange blossom, and a sweet tropical background reminiscent of lychees.
- Mouth:Fresh, with good acidity, very fruity, intense and balanced.
Pairing
Ideal with appetizers, sushi, pasta, fish, rice dishes and seafood.
