Obejita Tinta is a 100% Bobal with its own character, made in the DO Utiel-Requena and aged for 5 months in French oak barrels, completing its aging with 10 months in the bottle.
As its name suggests, this is not your average wine. It's expressive, elegant, and full of character—the kind that prefers jazz to commercial radio. Its production includes cold pre-fermentation maceration and controlled fermentation, aiming for intense fruitiness and a balanced oak aging.
