Obejita Pink is a rosé made entirely from Bobal grapes using the cold saignée method, aiming for freshness, delicacy, and aromatic expression. Slowly fermented at a controlled temperature, it combines the vibrancy of a white wine with the structure of a red.

With its cheerful and carefree character, it's not a classic or conventional pink. Modern, vibrant, and with its own personality, it stands out for both its style and its attractive pale pink color.
