Ocho Encinas Chardonnay This is the most exclusive expression of Chardonnay from the El Renegado estate. The grapes are hand-harvested at night to preserve their freshness and aromatic potential.

Fermentation takes place partially in new oak barrels, which impart structure and elegance. The wine then ages for 12 months in barrel and continues to refine for another 12 months in the bottle, developing depth, complexity, and a perfect integration of fruit and oak.

An intense, structured and gastronomic white wine, designed to be enjoyed calmly.
