Ocho Encinas is one of Nodus' most exclusive wines. Its name refers to the eight monumental holm oaks that surround the estate's plots, a symbol of the heritage and character of the place.

Made from a careful hand-selection of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from low-yielding plots, where the small berry size promotes greater concentration. The harvest is done by hand, selecting only the bunches at their optimal ripeness.

The result is a deep, structured and intense wine that reflects the essence of the terroir and the dedication at every stage of the process.
