Nodus Cava Reserva Brut Nature is born from the combination of Chardonnay and Macabeo, seeking balance, freshness and elegance in every bottle.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, it undergoes manual riddling and a minimum aging on the lees of 18 months (reaching up to 24 months depending on the batch), during which time it develops complexity and character. The process culminates with manual disgorging, respecting tradition and artisanal care.
A dry, balanced sparkling wine with its own identity, true to the Nodus house style.
