Ladrón de Lunas Roble is a red wine made entirely from Bobal, the emblematic grape variety of Utiel-Requena. It's a wine that combines intense fruit flavors with the balance imparted by its time in oak barrels.
After cold pre-fermentation maceration and controlled fermentation, the wine matures for 5 months in French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation, and completes its aging with 10 months in the bottle. The result is a fresh, expressive red wine with a subtle oak influence that respects the varietal character.
A versatile and gastronomic wine, perfect for enjoying at the table.
