Ladrón de Lunas Cava Brut Nature is a Reserva Cava made from a careful selection of grapes from the western part of Requena, grown on north-facing slopes. This sparkling wine is born from the combination of its origin, patience, and aging under extremely calm conditions.
The cava has aged for over 12 months at a constant temperature, without sudden changes in light or temperature, allowing it to develop complexity, balance, and a delicate effervescence. It is presented as Brut Nature, with no added sugar, to express with complete honesty the qualities acquired during its production.
An elegant, gastronomic and balanced cava, designed to accompany the table from beginning to end.

- View:Straw yellow color with golden highlights, luminous, with fine, persistent and elegant bubbles.
- Nose:Intense aromas of ripe white fruit, with notes of pastry and mocha on a subtly citrus background.
- Mouth:Creamy and enveloping texture, ample and persistent. Balanced acidity, with hints of rye bread and a long and harmonious finish.
Pairing
An ideal cava to enjoy throughout a meal. Its creaminess prevents palate overload, making it especially suitable for accompanying fish and roasted meats, as well as long menus where the aim is to maintain a balance between dishes without mixing sensations.
