Ladrón de Lunas Blanco is a young, fresh and very aromatic wine made in the DO Utiel-Requena from Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo.
This wine is made using the first fractions of the free-run juice from the pneumatic press, undergoing a short cold maceration before pressing and a controlled fermentation at very low temperatures. After the first racking, the wine remains for two months in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees, which contributes to its greater volume and complexity.
The result is an expressive, balanced and refreshing white wine, designed to be enjoyed on any occasion.
