La Lievre de Noemí is a Bobal red wine, made from grapes grown in our own vineyards, planted in 1930 in the Las Fuentecillas and La Pará plots. The grapes are hand-harvested in crates, selected at their optimal ripeness. After 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, the result is a balanced, elegant wine with a distinctive character.
Tasting notes
- Appearance: Medium-bodied red color, clean and bright.
- Nose: Enveloping aromas of black fruit and fruit typical of Bobal, with well-integrated roasted notes and nuances from aging on lees.
- Palate: Smooth and balanced, with ripe tannins, a lingering texture, and a medium finish. A structured wine, without harshness, that combines elegance and harmony.
Pairing
Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, traditional stews, mild game dishes and aged cheeses.
