Noemí's Lièvre Blanco is a single-varietal white wine from Merseguera, made from grapes harvested by hand and selected using traditional methods. Aged for four months on its lees, it represents Noemí's personal commitment to a region traditionally dominated by red wines, located at an altitude of 900 meters.
A white wine that seeks to express the most vibrant and noble character of the Merseguera grape, carefully attending to every detail of the process. The result is a fresh, smooth, and balanced wine that combines elegance, character, and a distinctly Mediterranean sensibility.
