La Ingovernable de Noemí is a red wine that represents the ultimate expression of precision agriculture and vineyard biodiversity. Produced in the interior of the province of Valencia, in the Fuenterrobles area (Utiel-Requena), it comes from vines cultivated with respect for the environment and minimal intervention in the winery.
Unfiltered and crafted with an honest, minimal-interventionist approach, this wine seeks to faithfully express the soil, the landscape, and the purity of the Bobal variety, an emblematic grape of the region.
