Northern Bluefin Tuna Loins, handcrafted in Santoña (Cantabria), one of the towns with the longest canning tradition in northern Spain. They are made exclusively with Thunnus Alalunga, caught during the summer fishing season using hook and line, a selective and environmentally friendly method.
The bonito is cleaned and prepared using traditional methods to preserve its firm texture and delicate flavor, and is packed in extra virgin olive oil, which enhances its natural qualities. The result is a high-quality preserve, made only with fresh fish, olive oil, and salt, without any additives or preservatives.
In addition, albacore tuna is a natural source of Omega 3 fatty acids, associated with benefits for cholesterol metabolism and cardiovascular health.
Once opened, it is recommended to keep the product refrigerated covered in oil and consume it within 3 days to maintain all its qualities.
