Paco Mencía · Red Wine

Paco Mencía is a red wine made 100% with Mencía grapes from vineyards between 13 and 19 years old, grown in sandy-loam soils of granitic origin in the Valdeorras DO.

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, including a cold pre-fermentation maceration to enhance color extraction and preserve the aromatic expression of the variety.

The result is an elegant, fresh wine with a mineral character, true to the Atlantic style of the area.
