Obejita Verde is a Verdejo carefully crafted from vineyard to bottle, designed for those who enjoy this variety made with precision and passion.
The harvest takes place in the early morning to preserve the grapes' freshness and aromatic nuances. After gentle pressing and cold settling, the must ferments at a controlled temperature. Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains on its fine lees, which contributes to its greater body and smoothness on the palate.
The result is a balanced, expressive white wine with the distinctive character of a well-crafted Verdejo. Different, personal, and with its own identity.
