Nodus Sauvignon Blanc is an organic white wine made from selected grapes from our own estate. The harvest takes place at night to best preserve the freshness and aromatic potential of the variety.

Before pressing, a short cold maceration with the skins takes place, seeking greater intensity and fruit expression. The result is a vibrant, fresh, and highly aromatic white wine, true to the character of Sauvignon Blanc.
