Nodus DP · Red Wine

Nodus DP (Double Paste) is an organic wine made entirely from Bobal, the emblematic grape variety of Utiel-Requena. Its name refers to the fermentation with the entire grape pulp, a process that provides greater concentration, structure, and depth.

After fermentation, the wine ages for eight months in French oak barrels, gaining complexity and elegance without losing freshness. The result is an intense, balanced, and characterful red wine, a special expression of the Bobal grape from Nodus.
