Nodus Bobal · Red Wine

Nodus Bobal is a red wine made from a careful selection of grapes from our own vineyards in Utiel-Requena. This wine reflects the evolution and current prominence of the Bobal variety, cultivated with precision and respect.

Its production includes cold pre-fermentation maceration and low-temperature fermentation to preserve the fruit's expression. Subsequent aging in oak barrels adds balance and toasty nuances that integrate with the fruit.

It has not been subjected to stabilization processes, so natural precipitation may appear in the bottle, a sign of minimal intervention and respect for the wine.

A balanced organic red wine, with character and its own personality.
