Atlantis Txakoli White Wine

Atlantis Txakoli is an Atlantic white wine made entirely from Hondarrabi Zuri, the native grape variety of the Basque Country. It comes from vineyards located on steep slopes, where good air circulation and the direct influence of the ocean promote slow ripening and a pronounced natural acidity.

The grapes are harvested by hand, and vinification is carried out with gentle pressing and controlled fermentation at low temperatures to best preserve the primary aromas. It is bottled young, maintaining its fresh character and that slight touch of natural effervescence so characteristic of traditional txakoli.

A vibrant, cheerful and fresh wine, a true reflection of the Atlantic character.
