“Mother's Day Giveaway – Bocado de Mercado”
1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company Bocado de Mercado (hereinafter, “the Organization”), with registered office at Plaza de Brujas 1, Mercado Central Puestos bajos 1m del 509 al 515 - 46001 Valencia and identification number B75332205, is organizing the "Mother's Day Giveaway – Bocado de Mercado" (hereinafter, "the Promotion") for promotional purposes, through its official Instagram profile, aimed at users residing in Spain and of legal age.
2. START AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on May 3, 2026 and will end on May 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
The winner will be announced on May 8, 2026 through the brand's Instagram profile.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Individuals who meet the following requirements may participate in the Promotion:
- Be over 18 years old
- Reside in Spain
- Have a real Instagram account
- Accept these legal terms and conditions
The data provided by participants must be truthful.
4. PROMOTION MECHANICS
To participate in the giveaway, users must:
- Follow the official Bocado de Mercado Instagram account
- “Like” the giveaway post
- Comment on the post, tagging at least two people (each comment with different tags will count as an additional entry)
Optionally, they can share the post in stories to increase the visibility of the giveaway (not mandatory).
5. PRIZE
The prize will consist of:
- 1 bottle of "La Ingovernable" red wine
The prize does not include transportation or shipping, and must be collected at the Bocado de Mercado establishment during its opening hours, unless otherwise indicated by the organization.
6. WINNER SELECTION
1 winner will be randomly selected using an external giveaway platform (such as Sortea2 or App-Sorteos), which guarantees the transparency of the process and allows for the issuance of a validity certificate.
The winner will be announced on the brand's Instagram profile on May 8, 2026.
7. COMMUNICATION WITH THE WINNER
The winner must contact Bocado de Mercado via direct message on Instagram within a maximum period of 48 hours from the publication of the result.
If no response is received within this period, the Organization reserves the right to select a new winner.
8. LIMITATIONS
The following may not participate in the Promotion:
- Individuals professionally linked to Bocado de Mercado
- Individuals who have participated directly or indirectly in the organization of the giveaway
The Organization reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with the established conditions or who makes fraudulent use of the Promotion.
The prize:
- Is not transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for money or other products
The Organization reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar characteristics if necessary.
9. LIABILITY
The Organization is not responsible for any incidents, technical failures, or problems arising from the use of the Instagram platform or external tools used in the giveaway.
10. INSTAGRAM
The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram.
Participants release Instagram from any liability arising from it.
11. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the management of the giveaway and will not be incorporated into any database for commercial purposes without prior consent.
12. CHANGES
The Organization reserves the right to modify, extend, or suspend the Promotion in cases of force majeure or justified cause, provided that it does not harm the rights of the participants.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute will be resolved by the relevant courts and tribunals.
